The Supreme Court of Maryland said Comcast and other plaintiffs were required to go through the Maryland Tax Court before asking for judicial intervention.
The order issued Tuesday overturns an Anne Arundel Circuit Court judge’s ruling that the tax was unconstitutional and orders the case dismissed.
