Consulting Firms Strike Partnership on Economic Development Work
Two consulting firms with deep experience in Annapolis and Prince George’s County are teaming up to work on economic development projects.
P. Michael Errico, owner of PME LLC, and the Annapolis-based lobbying firm, Perry, White, Ross & Jacobson on Monday announced “a strategic partnership to take advantage of each firm’s expertise in economic development project consulting.”
Errico is a professional engineer who spent decades in Prince George’s County government in a variety of key roles before hanging his own shingle. He served as Prince George’s County director of Public Works and Transportation under two administrations, as deputy chief administrative officer for Government Operations and Environmental Services and as chief administrative officer under then-county executive Rushern L. Baker III (D). He has also served as deputy general manager for the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission.
Perry, White, Ross & Jacobson formed in 2013 and has become one of the top-earning lobbying shops in Annapolis, with an array of A List clients. But through the work of one of its partners, Justin D. Ross, who is a former Prince George’s County lawmaker, and others on the staff, the firm has also dabbled in Prince George’s development projects.
On development projects, PWRJ works on both regulatory and permitting issues as well as communications strategy.
