AP Calls Election for Hogan at 9:07 P.M.

The Associated Press has just said that Gov. Lawrence J. Hogan Jr. (R) has won a second term. NBC News, Fox News and The Huffington Post have also called the election for Hogan over former NAACP president Benjamin T. Jealous (D).

No election results have been posted on the Maryland State Board of Elections website and at least a few polling places around the state are reportedly still open an hour late, as people wait to vote.
