New Howard and Montgomery Co. Execs Taking it on the Road

The new county executives in Howard and Montgomery counties are launching listening sessions to hear from their constituents as they chart their agendas. Both Howard County Executive Calvin Ball (D) and Montgomery County Executive Marc B. Elrich (D) served as County Council members for many years but this is the first time they’re in charge.

Elrich’s listening tour is a continuation of one he began during the transition. Ball’s kicks off Monday night.

“I’d like to hear about the experiences, hopes, and vision that our residents want for Howard County,” Ball said. “I believe, by working together, we can build the best community for us all.”
