Maryland Matters on the Air

We don’t think we’re hyping this by calling it appointment radio.  William F. Zorzi will be a guest on WOLB-AM’s “Larry Young Show” Thursday around 9 a.m. He’ll be discussing his article that appeared earlier this week in Maryland Matters about former Sen. Nathaniel T. Oaks’ finances; Oaks began his federal prison sentence on corruption charges this week. Young, himself a former legislator who was expelled from the state Senate on ethics charges in 1998, though acquitted at trial, is a friend and adviser to Oaks — and recently received a gift from Oaks’ campaign account, according to Zorzi’s reporting. WOLB-AM is at 1010 on your radio dial and livestreams at https://wolbbaltimore.com/.
